Brothers!Nordics x Child!Reader: Bring Your Family to School Day



     "Oh! And before you leave, tomorrow is 'Bring Your Family to School Day'! Tell your family okay?"

     "Thank you Mrs. [teacher name]!" The bell then rang loudly and the other kids in your class began to stand up. The young kids walked to the door and some of them thanked your teacher once again and the teacher each gave them little waves. They all left the classroom, leaving an echoing trail of talking. The only people left in the class was you and Mrs. [t/n].

     "Uhm. . . Mrs. [t/n]," you said shyly. She turned to you and smiled sweetly at you. She bent down to your level.

     "Is there something you need, [Name]," she asked you as she patted your head softly. You nodded.

     "I-is it okay if we bring pets tommorow?" you asked her. Your family was pretty big. Five brothers, plus a sweet white dog and a talking puffin. 

     "Are they part of your family?" Mrs. [t/n] asked you.

     "Yes," you said after thinking a little.

     "Then you can bring them."

     You started jumping up and down. "YAY! THANK YOU MRS. [T/N]!" you shouted joyfully, thanking her over and over again. 

     Your teacher gave out a laugh at your playfulness. "Calm down [Name]!" she said. You eventually stopped jumping up and down and your [hair color] was in a mess. "Now, run along now! Your brother must be waiting for you!" You nodded happily and ran out the classroom, but not before saying goodbye to the teacher.

     "There you are, you little runt," one of your older brothers, Mathias, said when he saw your running form. 

     "Bror! Bróðir! Veli!" you called to them excitedly in their own language. "Guess what?! Tomorrow's bring your family to school day!"

     "That's great [Name]!" your Finnish brother, Tino, said. "We're all going to come, right?" Tino looked at Mathias with a smile that creeped him out. Tino had a reason to creep him like that. Mathias had missed one of you school events because he 'accidently' got drunk with his friends. Or so he said.

     Mathias nodded quickly. "O-of course I'm going to come!"

     Your Norwegian brother, Lukas, then grabbed his necktie and slightly tugged it. "If you miss it. . . You know what's going to happen." He then let go.

     "You should wear something nice," the Swedish man, Berwald, said. More like mumbled.

     You nodded happily. "Yeah! I know what to wear!" You then remembered something. "Oh, Mrs. [t/n] also told us we could bring our pets!"

     "You want us to bring Hanatamago?" Tino questioned.

     "Yeah! And Mr. Puffin!"

     "You hear that, tough guy? Your bringin' me along with you!" Emil's, your Icelandic brother, cried out amusingly while circling around the silver-haired brother.

     "Yeah, yeah."

-Next Day-

     "To begin, I would like to thank all of the family of these wonderful children for attending this joyful event! We thank you for your participation and hope you meet new people and friends!" the teacher announced through a microphone, which thankfully wasn't turned up SUPER high in volume. "How this is going to work is that the entire family is going to introduce themselves and the student will tell us about their family. And then I will ask a couple of questions and then take one more question from the crowd, okay?"

     "Yes!" the children responded in excitement. If you looked around, you could see kids jumping up and down on their seat, not able to wait for their turn to go up with their wonderful family.

     You wore a short sleeved [favorite color] shirt and your brothers wore their usual clothes. 

     "Alright first off is. . ." Your teacher then put the microphone in her other hand and pulled out a hat. She tossed the papers within the hat around before picking a random strip of paper. "[random name]'s family!"

~Time Skip~

     After annoying squawks and quiet whimpers from your family animals, you still managed to stay patient. Next to you, Mathias was bouncing his leg up and down. Lukas was reading a book, Tino was playing around with his dog in his arms, Emil has his hand over his puffin's beak to try stop him from talking and attracting attention. And finally, Berwald just looked to the front, intimidating some people in front of him so much that you could see sweat forming. 

     "Okay, it's your turn [Name]!" the teacher said as the family in front of the class just finished. 

     You gave a small fist pump and jumped off your seat. "Come on! It's our turn!" you whispered to your older brothers. The five of them got up from their seat and followed you as you lead the way to the front. 

     "Alright. Would you introduce yourselves, [Name]'s family."

     "Mathias Køhler!"

     "Lukas Bondevik."

     "Berwald Oxenstierna. This is my wife."

     "Tino Väinämöinen! And this is my dog, Hanatamago!" The small white dog gave out a cute bark and the children awed. 

     "Emil Steilsson. And this is Mr. Puffin." Emil quickly put his hand over his puffin's beak again. The puffin flapped his wings. 

     "Hey, where's your mom?" you heard another person say from the crowd.

     "I don't have one," you stated and laughter erupted from your classmates. 

     Your eyes narrowed. Berwald noticed this and put his hand on your head. You immediately returned to your cheerful self. However, before the parents could silence their children, you said: 

     "My brother Mathias likes axes." 

     It seemed to creep the hell out of your classmates. You innocently grinned.  

     "Okay. . ." you started. "My brothers all come from different countries! Like Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, and Finland! And also, my brother's puffin talks!"

     "Your puffin. . . talks?" Mrs. [t/n] asked curiously.

     "YEAH!" 

     "Oookay. . . And my final question for you guys is that how come you have different last names?"

     "Uhhm. . . We're all blood related b-because we have the same. . . relatives?" Tino lied. The teacher bought it and nodded.   

     "Anyone from the crowd have questions?"

     ...

     "OKAY! THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING THIS EVENT! WE HOPE THAT YOU ATTEND THE NEXT ONE!"




























     "You know. . . You didn't have to tell them that I like axes. . ." Mathias said.

     "The teacher DID say for me to tell the OTHERS about YOU guys. . ." 
     


     
I just came up with this a few days back and I though it would be a good story to right about.

I'm sorry if it sounds a little rushed I didn't really think of much of the details when writing this.
