     "Have a good night's sleep?"

You looked up at Germany, seeing him looking down at you with a worried expression. Now that you think about it, you didn't have any dreams after you shared a bed with the German. You nodded with embarrassment, and Ludwig returned a smile. "That's good. I'll be going to talk to the others about the dream now," he said. Without waiting for you to say anything, he walked towards the wooden door and turned the knob.

After seeing Ludwig walk out the door, you quickly went to your bag and pulled out a full set of clothes. Making sure you have one of each, you walked into the bathroom.

You walked out the bathroom, feeling all fresh and clean. You ran your hands through your hair, and felt the cold water on your hand. You sighed, and dropped your hand to your side. Looking at the clock, you could see it was now 7:25 in the morning. There then was a knock at the door. Raising one eyebrow, curiosity picked at you. "Who is it?"

"It's Japan," a calm and soothing voice answered from the other side. His accent made you internally fangirl, almost making you strangle a pillow. "There's a meeting happening soon, I thought you would want to know."

"Ah, arigato," you thanked him. The footsteps of the island nation then started to fade away, and you headed towards the door right when you couldn't hear it anymore. The cool metal felt cold against your palm, making shivers go up your spine. Walking out, you were greeted with loud talking, which the voice echoed through the hall, making the voice seem like it's coming from everywhere.

"[Name]!" Feli's voice was heard. You turned to the right, and saw the peppy Italian running towards you with great speed. Your eyes widened, and you could already feel Italy crashing into you. Tears were brimming at the Italian's eyes, making you wonder who made him cry.

Feliciano tackled you, and you stumbled backwards. "W-what's wrong?!" you asked him. He was hugging you tightly, and sobs interrupting his sentence he was trying to tell you.

    "I-I accidentally b-broke E-England's w-wand!"

Your eyes widened, and you could already feel the storm coming just up ahead. Feli hugged you tighter as the heavy, angry footsteps came closer. You quickly shoved Italy behind you, and watched nervously as you saw the figure of England stomping towards you.

     "ITALY! YOU GIT!"

Yup, he sounded mad. A string of curses and English slang was coming from the island country. He then quickly stopped in front of you, and you could see that his usual light-toned face was now red, and his large eyebrows were furrowed in fiery. Deep puffs of air came in and out, and you could tell that England wanted to murder the innocent Italia. "You. You broke my WAND! You know how hard it is to get one?! And you need certain materials for it, and some of those are really rare! Putting it together takes professional help, and there are few wand makers out there! Since we're being trapped inside this HELLHOLE, I can't get a new one!"

"C-come on Iggy," you say, stepping back a little. "Italy's that kind of person, ya know? He probably was going to return it to you, and he probably tripped or something."

Italy ignored your sentence, and he was blabbering of what truly happened, with his hands clasped together and his head shaking back and forth. "I'm sorry England! I saw you using it earlier, so I thought it would be a good idea to try out those spells to make pasta! It didn't work, and it broke instead!"

You sighed in unison with England, and rubbed the bridge of your nose. "Italy," England started calm as possible. Anger was easily detected though. "Never, touch other people's stuff."

"Si!" Italy promised. "I swear it on pasta!"

Arthur then turned to you, his red face fading away. "We have a meeting this morning, and Germany has required for you to attend it." You didn't hear most of it, for that Artie suddenly disappeared for a few moments, before appearing again, saying the word 'attend'. Beside you, Italy disappeared as well, but he probably just ran away once Iggy turned to you.

"Um, you said something about a meeting right?" you asked carefully, making sure you got that correct.

"Yes," England said. "May I accompany you there?"

Even though it's just in the living room? you thought. "Sure, I would love for you to do that," you agreed anyways. Arthur smiled and held out his hand, and you took it. It felt soft against yours, but was slightly rough. The man began to walk, with you trailing close by his side.

"Wow," America said in amusement. You and Germany had went over the things that went off last night, besides you sleeping in his bed, of course. After, Germany went over what happened for the past few days, which left countries in shock, and other feelings.

"So," China started. "What you think what he meant by 'game'?"

Ludwig shrugged, and for once he seemed like he didn't have a clue. He had those moments. "I don't know," he sighed. "It would be ridiculous if we were trapped in a game, right?"

     "..."

"I agree," England chimed in. "It would be pretty stupid if that was the case."

"Maybe, the people that are trying to-" Germany disappeared for a moment, and you jumped out of your seat in alarm.

"Germany!" you shouted. He just flickered off, like if he was a hologram.

"Er, I'm here." Ludwig was still sitting on the couch, like he was before. He sat next to you, with his arms crossed, eyebrows raised in confusion at you. You sighed, and reluctantly took your seat again.

"S-sorry, I thought you disappeared," you say apologetically. He nodded in understanding and quickly took a look around, noting where everyone is just in case they flickered out on him.

"Anyways, what I was going to say was that maybe the people who are trying to erase us are thinking this is a game, perhaps?" Germany continued. You listened intently while looking around, and you saw Italy disappear for a second.

They're disappearing more frequently, you thought worriedly. Some of them may not appear again.

And Italy, since he's the main character... You hit your cheek with your hand, snapping yourself out of your thoughts. The contact made a small slapping sound, bringing the attention of a few countries.

"Huh, is something wrong [Name]?" Denmark asked you. You shook your head, and he grinned and turned back to his PSVita, playing whatever game.

Germany then continued talking about what could, would, and what they could do in the upcoming possible events. You sighed, and you're eyes drooped, but snapped them back open. You couldn't fall asleep on a meeting like this! "And that's all," the German finally finished.

You murmured in relief and stood up, stretching. Yawning, you them made your way to the kitchen, opening the refrigerator to get a can of soda. But, before your hand could even touch the cold metal can, and hand grabbed your wrist. You followed it up to it's owner, and saw that it was England, who somehow magically appeared next to you.

"You shouldn't drink that, love. It's bad for you're teeth."

"B-but I need something to keep me awake!" you tried to protest. Arthur shook his head and closed the door to prevent the cool air from coming out.

"Haha!" America's voice sounded next to you, and you jumped. You and Iggy turned to him, and saw that he was holding out a empty coffee cup to you. "If you want to stay awake, have coffee!"

"No!" England intercepted. "I don't want her getting hyper and all of that!"

"Never mind!" you quickly say before the fighting would get more fierce. You stepped in between them, and took the coffee cup from America's hand, who smiled triumphantly. England's eyebrow twitched, and you sighed. "I'll just drink cold water then."

"Ha! At least she's not drinking that brown liquid!"

     "W-wha?!"

Hopefully I won't mistake vodka for cold water, you thought hopefully. You opened the white door again, and grabbed a bottle of cold water, and made sure that it wasn't made of glass. Turning the cap, you removed it and poured the refreshing water in the cup. You sighed in relief after you realized that it wasn't vodka. Wouldn't want to be getting drunk in the morning.

You're mind then wandered back to the dream, thinking of the words Holy Roman Empire had shouted at you before the world crashed down. Game. . . You're in. . . Two p's, real world? They didn't seem to fit together. Well, there are missing words in the sentence. Wait, he said 'you're in' before 'game'.

"You're in, game?" you said out loud. "No, you're in a game!"

"Italy, you have been quiet lately," Japan pointed out to the Italian sitting next to him, changing his l's with r's because of his neat accent. Italy looked at Japan, and gave him a assuring smile.

"Nothing's wrong Japan!" Feliciano said happily. Japan nodded, and looked away to watch the other countries silently. Feli sighed and looked up at the nearby countries, noticing that some of them flickered in and out. More frequently.

He then looked at his hand, and watched it as his own hand would get transparent then reappear again. That was what usually happened, but something changed this time.

It was more transparent that usual. In fact, you could barely see it.

Feli's eyes widened, and he quickly his hand behind his back, and stood up. He began to carefully walk away from the living room, hoping that none of the others would notice. He stopped right at the corner, and he felt sweat forming on his forehead. I can't let anyone see this! he thought to himself. They would worry about me! I could be strong myself too!

In other eyes, Northern Italy would look like a pasta loving coward, who only would hide within battle. Thoughts of every solution was pasta, and white flags. A pasta, white flag loving coward. But, that wasn't the case in some events.

There were the wars. During those, he would sometimes snap, possibly due to his friends getting hurt or comrades being killed.

Italy then turned the corner, seeing that nobody noticed him. He sighed in relief, and stopped in front of the bathroom door, and leaned against the dark wood. His breathing was unsteady, and he was nervous. He looked at his hand again, and saw that the transparency was spreading.

     "Italy, Italia! Feliciano!"

Italy turned his head, and saw that the voice belonged to [Name], who was running to him frantically. He his hid his hand again, and he put on a smile. "Oh, what is it bella?"

"I've figured something out!" you said in exhaustion, you ran as fast as you can, looking for the countries. You grabbed Italy's hand, but didn't notice that he switched it around. "Come on, we have to tell the others!" You lead him back to the living room, the room Feli didn't currently want to be in. But you didn't know that.

"Guys!" you shouted. They all turned towards you, with eyebrows raised and confused faces. "I, I figured something out!"

     "Really?! What is it?!"

     "Oh, what?"

     "Tell us!"

You felt excited to tell the news, but also shocked. Was this really true? But what if he was only made to tell you that? You opened your mouth to tell them the news, only to have Ludwig beat you to it first.

     "Feliciano?"

You turned toward Feliciano, and realized you weren't holding his hand. He had pulled it out from your grip, and he was looking at the floor sadly. Your eyes then widened, seeing that Italy's right (your left) was unable to be seen. There wasn't any blood, so the only other reason was... "Italy?!"

"I'm sorry," he apologized. "I knew it was going to happen soon."

It felt like Hetaoni all over again. Sad, scared. Italy looked back up at all of you, with happiness written on his face. "I'm glad I could spend this last moments with all of my amici. Especially you, [Name]."

He rose his invisible hand to your face, and laid it on your cheek softly. You could feel a small presence there, signaling that his hand was still there. You felt tears forming, and you saw that they were as well in his. "W-why didn't you tell me?" you ask.

"It's my time now," he said. He then hugged you, and you felt the shocked stares from the other countries. Feli felt warm, even if there wasn't a part of him there. "Even if I'm gone, I'll still be here. In your heart.

     "Ti amo."

The remnants of Feliciano Vargas, or Italy Veneziano, disappeared into the air.

The silence was quickly broken. By you, Germany, Japan, Prussia, Romano, France, and Spain.

     "ITALY!"

Have fun punching walls and flipping your desks. Unexpected, eh?
And I probably can't post things for a while, grades and scheisse like that. I'm so awesome like that, :iconsweatdropplz:
