Prussia's Ending

     "Where is she?"

Gilbert felt his younger brother stop running beside him as he looked out at the parking lot, scanning for a small moving figure. He had his hands over his eyes, so he could block out the sun that was just over the horizon, and growled slightly as for it was the fifteenth time he hasn't seen her. He brought his hand back down and his hands balled into fists in frustration. "Verdammt!" he shouted and slammed a foot on the ground.

"We can't just stand here and look around bruder," Ludwig said. Gilbert's eyes were brought back up to Ludwig, and he saw that he was glaring at the parking lot. His brother then looked at him, with a rare look in his eyes. "I say that we walk around the parking lot and find her."

Gilbert nodded. "Right," he agreed. He then pointed to the West side of the parking lot, where there were less cars. "You go to the West side of the parking lot, and I'll go to the East side." Gil then pointed to the right side, where he was going to go. The German brother nodded and started to head to the left, while the Prussian headed to the right.

Gilbert was always looked at by others as a obnoxious person with silverish hair, but he was more that that. On the inside, he felt lonely most of the time, and sometimes abandoned. Back then, whenever he was the new kid at school, he was the one that got bullied, and he was left confused with the decision of being bullied forever, or making a fool of himself just to get friends. But now, he had friends that cared for him. Like Feliciano, or Antonio.

He didn't want [Name] to experience that loneliness and the confusion.

There wasn't much cars on his part, which Gilbert was slightly relieved for. The searching would be easier. He then heard a car's horn behind him, and he glanced back and saw that he was blocking a driver's path. Gilbert quickly moved to the side, and he watched as the car pass by him. From the side, Gil quickly started running again, looking back and forth for [Name]. There were black, red, white, and [f/c] cars, but no child running among them.
 el
The Prussian sighed in frustration, and looked farther in the lot. No luck. Gil felt sympathetic for [Name], of how her mother just abandoned her and how she believed she was coming back. [Name] must of felt lonely during those three hours, watching families of every kind come and go. Gilbert knew how she felt, he used to watch others laugh with friends while he was sitting on a far away bench.

Always believing what the older people tell them, Gilbert thought. We used to believe in everything. Until you grow up, you realize that somethings that adults tell you are lies. He used to believe in the insults students would throw at him long ago, but when Antonio and Francis came along, it changed his world.

A small ringtone then came from Gilbert's pocket, and he quickly pulled it out. On the screen was a picture of Feliciano, and he smirked slightly and answered it. "This is the awesome Gilbert."

"Hi Gilbert!" a voice with an Italian accent greeted back with a cheerful attitude, but also serious. "Me and Kiku have arrived at the mall! I already notified Ludwig, and Kiku said that I should tell you too!"

"Ah, danke," Gil said. "I have to hang up now, gotta look for [Name]."

Gilbert hung up and stuffed his phone back into his pocket, and quickly moved on to the next part of the lot he was in charge in. The sun was quickly setting, and the chances of finding [Name] were becoming lower. Gilbert started to pick up his pace, and broke into a small run. How long have he and the others been at this, exactly? She could be anywhere by now. Don't go jinxing it now, awesome me! Gil scolded himself. He shook his head, slightly clearing his thoughts.

His phone began ringing again, and he picked it up. Before the person could say anything, Gilbert quickly beat him to it. "West! I'm finished on my part, did you find her?"

"Nein. I think there is another parking lot, can you check there?"

"Ja, sure." Gilbert then hung up, not even bothering to pocket his phone. There was a thick layer of sweat on his skin, he hasn't ran this much for a long time. He felt his jacket sticking to him, and his shirt under that sticking as well. A cool breeze blew, and it slightly calmed in.

As Gilbert began to walk for the next parking lot, it felt like forever since they had last seen [Name]. Were they even going to find her? If they don't, will they just leave? Nein, I refuse to leave her like this, in this situation.

As an 'eternity' passed, his phone suddenly started to ring again, and he answered it quickly. Before HE could say anything, he could hear his brother panting into the phone. "Gilbert!" the Prussian heard Ludwig shout. "I-I saw [Name]! Sh-"

"Where is she?!" Gilbert asked excitedly and in relief, interrupting the younger brother's sentence.

"She saw me! [Name]'s heading to the parking lot you were in charge in!"

Gilbert's eyes widened, and he quickly stuffed his phone in his pocket again without hanging up, and he turned to the lot he had left. It was a little far away, but it was still a short distance from him. From his spot, he could see a little silhouette running.

The Prussian quickly ran forward, ignoring the cars beeping at him as he suddenly ran in front of them. He saw the child running farther away from him, and saw [Name] glance over her shoulder a few times. "Wow, she must really think we're kidnappers."

A few standbys walking from or to their cars stopped and watched as Gilbert ran in front of cars, a few shouting at him. A few cars didn't want to be stopped by a 'drunk' person running across the parking lot, so they sped up. Gilbert saw a speeding car turn a corner, and turn into the next row of cars.

     Where [Name] is.

"Scheisse!" Gilbert shouted. He was at least four rows away from [Name], and with his clothes slowing him down and the cars driving all over, there was no way he could make it.

     Unless...

He was running ON cars, like in the movies. Gilbert then nodded at the idea, and quickly took of his damp jacket, and threw it into the air, revealing the muscles in his arms. A few people gasped as they saw the jacket fly in the air, but he ignored it and ran to the nearest car. He put two hands on the hood, and pushed himself over it. His foot then hit the metal, and then pressed against the glass. Gilbert made sure there wasn't enough pressure to break it and then climbed to the roof.

He then jumped to another car, it dipping under it's weight. It then let out an alarm, slightly startling the Prussian. A few screamed, but he quickly continued to jump to other cars.

The figure of [Name] got closer, and the car was slowly getting closer to her. Three rows away. More cars went off, and more screaming as well. "Damn, damn, damn! Please make it there in time."

Gilbert gave out a yell, and then jumped as far as he can. He managed to get over a car without stepping on it, and landed on the one behind it. Two rows. The car slowed down, and the driver seemed to be looking parking spaces. "Gut," Gil whispered thankfully. [Name] didn't seem to notice his presence either.

But then, the car began to speed up again, once there was no more parking spaces to be seen. Gilbert's eyes widened, and he jumped off another car. [Name]'s figure was small, and it was getting dark. The driver probably won't notice her. He would make it, but he would be earlier if...

     He took his shirt off?

He had done it before, but that was when he was drunk, and he had learned his lesson. But, if this was for saving a life. . . There were people around, and most of them probably thought he was drunk already, running from something invisible. The car was speeding up as well...

     "Ugh," Gil groaned. "YOLO!"

Gilbert, without thinking, quickly took off his shirt, and it revealed a tank top under it. He sighed in relief at the same time, remembering he had something under his shirt. Throwing it in the air, he jumped off the final car, and landed on the black asphalt. [Name] was a short distance from him.

"[NAME]!!!" he screamed as the car got closer.

[Name]'s head shot up, and she saw the car heading towards her/his place. [Name]'s eyes widened, and she/he whimpered in fear. The car got closer.

     "NEIN!"

There was a screech, and Gilbert quickly shot forward as everything seemed to slow down. They say, that people see their lives right before they die. Was [Name] seeing it right now? I refuse to let her die!

Gilbert jumped in front of the car, and grabbed [Name] on the way. He turned his body so that his back was facing the car, and he could feel it coming closer as time resumed. [Name] was crying in his arms, and Gilbert hugged her tightly, whispering that things were going to be okay.

Time resumed, and Gil felt the car hit his back. It was painful, and he let out a scream, making [Name] scream as well. It was excruciating, and it felt like it was on fire as Gilbert rolled against the hard ground, his hand protecting [Name]'s head. "It's okay. . . It's. . . okay..."

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry sorry sorry!"

Gilbert didn't hear the rest, for that he had passed out due to pain.

"Are you sure your okay, bruder?"

Gilbert looked up at Ludwig, who looked at him worriedly. He smirked, and gave out his laugh. [Name], who was in Gilbert's arms at the moment, giggled at his strange laugh. "Of course Luddy! The awesome me could handle something as little as this!"

"Luddy!" [Name] repeated. Ludwig turned red at the nickname, and quickly looked away. Feliciano and Kiku, who were walking beside them, both smiled. Feli 'awwwed' at the child, who looked at Ludwig innocently.

"Maybe we should get you checked up again," Ludwig murmured to himself.

Gilbert got into the car, and was about to sit in the passenger's seat when his younger brother stopped him, saying that it was just a precaution, and he should sit in the back. Gil grumbled, and reluctantly sat in the back with [Name]. There was no booster seat for her, so she had to sit without it. Hopefully they won't get pulled over for it.

     "Gilly!" [Name] whined. "I'm bored!"

It has been ten minutes of driving since they had left the hospital, and Feliciano was sleeping already. Kiku was on a tablet he somehow had, drawing on it with a compatible pen. Gilbert's head was leaning against the window, and he turned to [Name], who looked at him with a bored expression.

Gilbert sighed and quickly reached for his pocket, and cringed as his back started to hurt again. He pulled out his smart phone, and gave it to [Name], telling her how to use it. "So, you slide that grey arrow on the bottom, and type in the numbers...

"You move the screen like this." Gilbert ran a finger across the clean screen, and the menu moved to the next page. [Name]'s eyes widened in surprise, and Gil smirked. The page had many games on it, from Puzzle and Dragons, Minecraft, and...

     Flappy Bird.

"Oh sh..." Gilbert murmured as he saw the yellow bird icon. Ludwig turned his head towards him, his glare telling Gil not to swear. The Prussian gulped and quickly nodded.

"OOOH, I want to play this one!" [Name] touched the yellow bird.

     VERDAMMT!

"GILLY!" [Name] cried as she sat in a chair at Ludwig's house. They were eating dinner, and Ludwig had allowed [Name] to play with electronics, but didn't let Gilbert, for that it was rude. He let [Name] play, but eventually will learn. [Name] had already finished her/his food, for that she hadn't eaten for about eight hours. Kiku and Feliciano had left, bidding their farewell and good lucks.

"The bird keeps hitting the pipes!"

Gilbert chuckled, and he leaned over to see his phone that [Name] was still holding. [Name] was pressing on the screen, trying to maneuver the bird through pipes. She/he managed to get through some, before crashing again. "Awww!"

The scoreboard popped up, and Gilbert's eyes widened.

"T-thirty-five?!" he cried in surprise. But my highscore...

"Huh?" [Name] said innocently. She/he looked up at Gilbert, with a happy expression. "The number was too low, so I wanted to change it!"

Ludwig rose one eyebrow in amusement. "Oh? And what was the number before, [Name]?"

     "Twelve! But now, it's thirty-five!"

Sorry for the long wait! Here is now Prussia's ending.

Did I anger some of you at the ending?
I don't have much to fill this description?
